Who you are

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call.
  • Availability to work a variety of work shifts.
  • The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to details and data entry/typing 30 wpm (including 10 key).
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Reliable Windows PC - must have 8GB RAM.



What the job involves

  • Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
  • Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
  • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.
