Who you are

  • Fluency in French and English, with Spanish as a plus
  • At least one significant experience in a customer service role
  • Demonstrating empathy, autonomy, proactivity, and quick learning ability
  • Showing curiosity, attention to detail, and an interest in the banking sector and basic web development knowledge



What the job involves

  • Responding to customer inquiries and creating tickets for reported issues
  • Finding suitable solutions based on context and escalating when necessary
  • Participating in the creation and updating of support materials and the Help Center
  • Collecting and relaying customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintaining a satisfactory level of customer satisfaction according to KPIs
