Day to day
- Shape customer experiences that deliver the right message at the right time to improve health outcomes and reduce total cost of care.
- Develop data-driven engagement strategies that define target populations use cases channels frequency and success metrics.
- Design and optimize multichannel customer journeys across email SMS push web mobile and offline touchpoints.
- Lead A/B/n testing and experimentation from hypothesis through measurement documentation and launch.
- Partner with product analytics technology and delivery teams to execute experiments and translate insights into action.
