Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Architect Technical Account Manager or Customer Engineer roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads
- Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming
- Strong understanding of GPU computing and GPU stacks such as CUDA or OpenCL
- Customer-centric approach with proven relationship building skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

- HPC/ML orchestration exposure
- Deep learning framework experience
- Cloud provider familiarity

Day to day
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers and resolve complex AI/ML issues
- Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for training and inference workloads while ensuring scalable deployment
- Partner with sales and product teams to identify opportunities deliver technical presentations and relay customer feedback
