- 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics
- Good IT skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking to clients and customers
- Availability to start full-time work by September 2026
- Commitment to company values during work and study
- Motivation and dedication to complete the apprenticeship
- Must not already hold an equivalent or higher qualification in the occupational area or significant work experience

Day to day
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints by telephone and email in a professional and efficient manner
