  • Hands-on knowledge of Einstein AI NLP chatbot development and automation workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow Omni-Channel Routing and case automation
  • Familiarity with third-party AI automation and chatbot platforms outside Salesforce
  • Knowledge of API integrations RPA and machine learning-driven automation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Day to day

  • Design, configure, and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud self-service portals for intuitive customer journeys.
  • Implement AI-driven workflows, virtual agents, and automation to improve customer support and case resolution.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to deliver cross-platform AI integrations, optimize service operations, and mentor organizations on AI adoption.
