Who you are

  • 3-5+ years of CS leadership in SaaS
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and manage
  • Proficiency in CRM, ideally Hubspot
  • Excellent presentation and communication
  • Experience with CS systems
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft
  • Able to derive insights from large data sets
  • Customer obsessed
  • Comfortable with remote work and travel

Desirables

  • Start-up experience
  • Construction industry experience
  • Project management qualifications
