Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Call center experience preferred
- TPA or Self-Funded Plans experience preferred
- Basic understanding of healthcare benefits eligibility claims processing provider networks healthcare terminology and HIPAA preferred
- WLT system knowledge preferred
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a secure home office
- Ability to work scheduled business hours and overtime as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulatory and company policy requirements

Day to day
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to Customer Service Representatives to keep workflows moving smoothly.
- Monitor non-call channels such as Member Portal Chat Message Board and customer service email groups and respond promptly to routine inquiries.
- Assist with basic customer service calls when volume increases while maintaining professionalism accurate documentation and timely escalation of complex issues.
