Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • TPA or Self-Funded Plans experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of healthcare benefits eligibility claims processing provider networks healthcare terminology and HIPAA preferred
  • WLT system knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain a secure home office
  • Ability to work scheduled business hours and overtime as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulatory and company policy requirements

Day to day

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to Customer Service Representatives to keep workflows moving smoothly.
  • Monitor non-call channels such as Member Portal Chat Message Board and customer service email groups and respond promptly to routine inquiries.
  • Assist with basic customer service calls when volume increases while maintaining professionalism accurate documentation and timely escalation of complex issues.
