Who you are

  • Experience of customer service and administrative environments
  • Experience of handling calls in a Call Centre environment
  • Some experience of handling emails or secure messages in a contact centre environment



What the job involves

  • The Customer Service Executive (CSE) will communicate with customers and advisers through calls and emails supporting various products.
  • You will achieve personal objectives, work as a team and act as a role model.
  • You will be an excellent communicator with customer focus, able to listen and empathise with customers.
