Who you are

  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in the cosmetics industry.
  • Profound knowledge of e-commerce and online business operations.
  • Proficient in Shopify and CRM tools such as Zendesk and Gorgias.
  • A fast learner who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.



What the job involves

  • Connect with UKLASH customers on various platforms including email and social media to deliver exemplary customer service.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise daily with warehouses to address logistic-related issues.
  • Become proficient in UKLASH products to assist in converting leads into customers.
  • Support the customer service lead by providing insights and sharing customer feedback.
