Who you are

  • Previous work experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or engineering company
  • ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)
  • Commercial awareness
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Technical background nice to have

What the job involves

  • You will be looking after customers within the Nutrition & Health portfolio in the EMEA region predominantly in Europe
  • Process customer quotation and order requests accurately as per service offer
  • Follow up on responses and actions proactively
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams
