Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years in customer success or technical account management preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to drive projects and collaborate effectively with a broad range of teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with project management or cloud platforms is a plus
