Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a closely related technical field
- 4+ years in technical implementation solution engineering integration engineering or similar technical delivery role in SaaS or data-intensive environments
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs SFTP pipelines ETL workflows data mapping and schema design
- Ability to read and write code such as Python SQL or similar
- Deep fluency in integration patterns and system architectures
- Proven track record delivering complex multi-stakeholder technical projects on deadline
- Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management discipline including risk management dependency tracking and milestone accountability

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end technical integrations for K-12 districts, including SIS, SFTP, rostering, SSO, and data ingestion workflows.
- Translate complex district IT environments into clear implementation plans, data mappings, and technical documentation.
- Drive cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Product, Support, CS, and district stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives on school-year timelines.
