Day to day
- Own the post-sale customer journey across a defined portfolio and shape a new Customer Success function from the ground up.
- Build and maintain strong multi-level customer relationships while acting as a player/coach within a growing specialist MSP.
- Monitor customer health identify change impacts and drive retention strategies that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Feed structured customer insight back into the business and work cross-functionally with Account Management Technical and Service teams.
