Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in client support account coordination or a similar SaaS role
  • Experience managing compliance-driven processes or regulated client requirements is a strong advantage
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Customer Success Sales and Marketing
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and B2B CRM tools
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach
  • Ability to multitask prioritise well and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Customer Success tooling or ticketing systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with the corporate learning or HR and L&D space

Day to day

  • Oversee daily operations of Customer Success platforms and internal tools for B2B accounts
  • Provide responsive operational support including ticket creation follow-up actions and handling daily client queries
  • Act as the first escalation point for administrative and operational requests while ensuring accurate timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve support tickets identify workflow improvements and prepare customer reports
