Day to day
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for enterprise customers and lead value realization conversations that align platform capabilities with long-term success goals
- Build trusted multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders through consistent communication and periodic in-person as well as strategic onsite engagements
- Drive platform adoption by analyzing customer engagement data identifying risk and opportunity and helping customers unlock the value of self-service tools
- Lead strategic business reviews success planning sessions and roadmap discussions while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes
