Requirements
- Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Experience in technical client services or related role within SaaS Fire EMS or healthcare
- Project management experience leading technical client implementation projects
- Project Management Certification required PMP
- Knowledge of ImageTrend products and functions preferred
- Technical documentation and writing familiarity
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal influencing and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities quickly
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile Scrum methodologies preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office CRM and Project tools
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Day to day
- Manage assigned client projects from initiation through closure with clear milestones and timely deliverables
- Develop detailed project schedules and work plans for both internal teams and client stakeholders
- Lead product transitions new product rollouts and product deprecation efforts while coordinating with cross-functional partners
- Track performance mitigate risks maintain documentation and support data compliance quality and process improvements
