Who you are

• Electro-mechanical, technical, or engineering background
• Familiarity with Food, Beverage, FMCG Manufacturing and Packaging industries
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Accuracy, attention to detail and methodical approach to fault finding
• Reliability and organization
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Full driving license.

What the job involves

• Customer Support Engineer will be visiting our commercial clients to provide solutions and support across the range of Domino coding, marking and printing technologies
• Investigate, diagnose and rectify faults
• Capture material, labour and stock within our service management systems
• Positively influence customer relations, input into product design, feedback sales and other commercial opportunities to colleagues
• Become a specialist in the Domino range of products
• Work with a high level of autonomy closely supported by the Regional Service Manager, internal Technical Support Team and peers.
