Who you are

  • Relevant education such as a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology.
  • Experience in Customer Service preferably with Life Science instrument applications.
  • Strong customer service ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel with a full driving license.



What the job involves

  • Perform field service following guidance from Customer Care and the Service Team Leader.
  • Carry out installation maintenance and repair of life science and diagnostics equipment focusing on Reproductive Health Screening initially.
  • Provide first line onsite user training for life science and diagnostics systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records inline with the company’s quality management system.
