What the job involves

  • Performing field service repairs, maintenance, and installations of life science instrumentation and accessories.
  • Providing onsite user training for specific product groups.
  • Organizing and performing routine maintenance on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining and updating all technical documentation and manuals to the highest standards.
  • Ensuring personal working practices align with department’s performance targets and demonstrating compliance.
  • Managing and reporting inventory records and maintaining service tools and test equipment.
  • Completing and returning all service documentation, reports, and claims on a weekly basis.
