Requirements
- 2+ years of production Kubernetes experience
- Strong Linux and Unix system administration skills
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals including pods services deployments networking storage and RBAC
- Excellent written communication for technical customer support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues at once
- Fast learning and adaptability as the product evolves
Nice to have
- Hands-on vCluster experience
- Cloud platform knowledge
- Bash or Python automation
- CKA CKAD or CKS
- Helm Terraform or Kustomize experience
- Customer-facing support background
Day to day
- Provide responsive technical support for customers using Slack and a ticketing system
- Investigate Kubernetes and vCluster issues by analyzing logs configurations and sometimes source code to find root cause
- Partner closely with engineering to escalate critical problems communicate customer needs and improve the product
