Day to day

  • Track open customer issues and keep customers informed on progress.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent support needs, scheduled in advance.
  • Collaborate with engineering team on developing, testing, and deploying product upgrades.
  • Mentor other team members within the customer support department.
