Day to day
- Handle complex customer issues for both on-premise and SaaS products.
- Field customer support requests via phone or remote sessions, determine the cause, and deliver effective solutions.
- Track open customer issues and keep customers informed on progress.
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent support needs, scheduled in advance.
- Collaborate with engineering team on developing, testing, and deploying product upgrades.
- Mentor other team members within the customer support department.
