Who you are

  • Minimum of four years experience in technical support for enterprise software.
  • Strong skills in Linux and Windows system administration and network administration.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude and proficiency in problem-solving.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and work independently under minimal supervision.

What the job involves

  • Handle complex customer issues for both on-premise and SaaS products.
  • Field customer support requests via phone or remote sessions, determine the cause, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Track open customer issues and keep customers informed on progress.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent support needs, scheduled in advance.
  • Collaborate with engineering team on developing, testing, and deploying product upgrades.
  • Mentor other team members within the customer support department.
