Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related engineering field
  • 5+ years experience for mid-level or 1-3 years for junior supporting enterprise software solutions
  • Strong SQL Python Java scripting and Unix skills
  • Experience with mobile apps mobile architecture and MDM solutions such as MS-Intune AirWatch MobileIron or Citrix
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools such as ArcSight or Splunk
  • Understanding of cloud architecture including AWS Linux containers Docker OpenStack PostgreSQL and Kafka
  • Hands-on troubleshooting debugging and customer support experience
  • Experience supporting cloud-based web applications and mobile app infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing post-sales service skills
  • Experience with iOS and Android app delivery and deployment concepts is a plus

Day to day

  • Act as the technical expert supporting customers using Zimperium’s mobile security platform.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex customer-reported issues with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to validate fixes, create documentation, and escalate unresolved bugs.
