Day to day
- Provide responsive support to clients through email phone video meetings chat and in-person interactions
- Create edit and manage events while following established best practices and client requests
- Troubleshoot technical issues across event setup payment processing seating integrations reporting and website embeds
- Review QA and document event builds bugs and feature requests while supporting training testing and on-site event needs
