Who you are

  • 3+ years customer facing role engaging by phone, e-mail, chat, video
  • Work Wednesday to Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm UK hours, Monday - Friday during training
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Computer literacy and software industry experience
  • Strong technical software aptitude
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Impeccable customer services skills
  • Handle negative feedback, unhappy customers, cancellation requests, triaging escalations
  • Support team members, give constructive feedback
  • Share new ideas and processes
  • Work across multiple time-zones and cultures
  • Remote work experience

Desirables

  • Experience with fitness businesses
  • Experience in the SaaS/software field



What the job involves
