  • Manage payroll and support teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
  • Provide leadership and direction to the department
  • Lead, motivate, communicate with, and develop staff
  • Balance payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Drive a culture of continual process improvement within the teams
  • Oversee bank accounting in respect of payroll escrow accounts
