Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry
  • Experience working autonomously in a multi-vendor environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
  • Experience in security areas (SASE, DLP, CASB, SaaS API, SAAS inline, IDS/IPS, Sandboxing)
  • Experience with routing and switching on various platforms
  • Expertise in Cisco and Juniper
  • Next-Gen Security and Cloud Security expertise (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
  • SD-Wan technologies expertise (Aruba Silverpeak, VMWare, Fortinet)
  • Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions
  • Awareness of financial impacts of decisions and cost reduction opportunities
  • Experience with major international/global accounts

What the job involves

  • The Technical Manager will own the technical integrity of a customer solution and align it with their business needs.
  • Develop client solutions and present them to leadership and technical teams.
  • Contribute technical responses to RFI and RFPs and help with security and network audits.
  • Manage the customer solution lifecycle, including risk assessment and documentation.
  • Stay updated with industry networking updates, technologies, and best practices.
