Requirements
- Must be able to work 10:30 am to 5 pm Eastern time Monday-Friday
- Expertise in Python
- Ability to write script for API queries
- API experience including knowledge on how to query use
- Strong customer relations interpersonal skills
- Experience with tools that process CSV JSON and other file formats
- Experience in customer service help desk technical support role
- Experience in researching ways to solve new issues
- Experience in finance or crypto industry is a plus

Day to day
- Support client’s inquiries and incidents via Zendesk and Slack
- Diagnose and resolve issues
- Utilize documented troubleshooting steps and procedures
- Research ways to resolve new issues that arise
- Document issues and correspondence in CRM
- Follow runbooks and documented escalation procedures as necessary
