Day to day

  • Own gross retention and renewal forecasting in close coordination with CSMs Sales and Account Management
  • Build and manage customer decarbonization portfolios while directly handling procurement and fulfillment
  • Create frameworks that clearly quantify customer value surface impact to stakeholders and feed insights back into product direction
  • Develop and scale operational systems for a small team to make delivery repeatable and efficient
  • Translate complex decarbonization work into credible commercial outcomes for executive scrutiny
