Who you are

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science information security or related field
• Extensive experience in security engineering and architecture preferably cloud-native environment
• Experience managing a team of security engineers
• Technologies such as GCP Kubernetes (GKE) Prisma Cloud Kyverno Cloudflare
• Understanding of security frameworks standards and regulations
• Leadership and management skills
• Hands-on experience with security tools SIEM IDS/IPS WAF DLP vulnerability scanners
• Excellent communication skills

What the job involves

• Drive the vision, roadmap and execution of robust security solutions within platform, data, engineering, and corporate environments. Focus on protecting infrastructure, applications, data, and corporate environments, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with goals and objectives
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on security practices, trends, and emerging threats to senior leadership and teams. Define and implement security policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with regulations
• Design, develop, and implement security architectures for cloud-native systems ensuring scalability, resilience, and efficiency. Conduct regular security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis, collaborating with Platform and IT teams. Coordinate incident response activities during security events
