Strong experience in managing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies with deep D365 CE & Power Platform knowledge.
Relevant technical third level degree or equivalent with evidence of professional development.
Collaborate with clients gather requirements analyze solution options and design scalable solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem.
Develop applications workflows and automations using D365 CE Power Platform and other Microsoft products.
Integrate D365 CE and Power Platform solutions with other systems to create cohesive solutions.
Strong functional and technical documentation skills and training materials for clients and internal teams.
Mentor and provide guidance to other team members leading full lifecycle of project implementation.
Assist with providing inputs to project plans estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
Senior Client Stakeholder engagement and management adapting technical language to suit clients.
Excellent interpersonal communication and consultancy skills including technical documentation and strong presentation skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a dedication to quality and strong client focus.
Ability to work on multiple projects prioritize competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Consult design and build high quality well-tested solutions for clients in both public and private sectors.
Take the lead on key client engagements through pre-sales activities discovery and consultancy phases.
