Requirements
- 13–15 years overall IT ERP experience
- 10+ years on Microsoft Dynamics AX D365 F&O or F&SCM
- 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences clients
- 3–5 years as Solution Architect on large multi-entity or multi-country programmes
- Strong end-to-end implementation experience across finance procurement inventory warehousing and project accounting
- Experience with USA and/or India rollouts including localisation for tax and statutory requirements
- Experience integrating with EMR EHR HIS LIS pharmacy or payer platforms and healthcare ISVs
- Consulting or partner background with strong client-facing responsibilities

Day to day
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management programmes in healthcare and life sciences.
- Translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable designs covering finance supply chain procurement integrations data and security.
- Lead discovery fit-gap governance and delivery oversight while advising executives and mentoring teams across USA and India.
