Requirements
- 13-15 years overall IT/ERP experience
- 10+ years on Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O / F&SCM
- 5+ years focused on healthcare or life sciences clients
- 3-5 years as Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect on large multi entity or multi country D365 F&O programs
- Strong end to end implementation experience in finance procurement inventory warehousing and project accounting for healthcare organisations
- Proven USA and/or India rollout experience with localisation for US and Indian finance tax and statutory requirements
- Experience designing and governing integrations with EMR/EHR HIS LIS pharmacy or insurance/payer platforms and healthcare ISVs
- Consulting or partner background with client facing responsibilities including steering committees and executive stakeholder management

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end D365 F&O/F&SCM solution architecture for healthcare clients across finance supply chain procurement projects and shared services.
- Translate complex healthcare business needs into scalable secure designs covering integrations data security and localisation requirements.
- Lead discovery fit gap workshops and govern delivery across multi region programmes while advising executive stakeholders and mentoring teams.
