Requirements
- Danish native speaker
- Previous customer support experience for at least 2 years
- Computer literate and able to multitask
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work to targets
- Self-motivated, focused and assertive
- Previous experience/knowledge of RG/AML policies desirable but not necessary
Nice to have
- Previous experience or knowledge of RG

Day to day
- Communicating with customers through email, online chat, telephone, and other channels
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up on queries
- Understanding products inside and out to answer questions
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Assessing customer requirements and aiming to resolve queries first time whenever possible
- Liaising and coordinating with back offices when necessary
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Reaching SLAs including weekends shifts
