Requirements

  • Previous customer support experience for at least 2 years
  • Computer literate and able to multitask
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work to targets
  • Self-motivated, focused and assertive
  • Previous experience/knowledge of RG/AML policies desirable but not necessary

Day to day

  • Communicating with customers through email, online chat, telephone, and other channels
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up on queries
  • Understanding products inside and out to answer questions
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Assessing customer requirements and aiming to resolve queries first time whenever possible
  • Liaising and coordinating with back offices when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Reaching SLAs including weekends shifts
