Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or commensurate experience
- Sound knowledge of Data Center start-up and commissioning strategies
- Experience in field service personnel development and the electrical industry within the Data Center market
- Knowledge of MS Project Google Workspace SAP and project issue resolution tools such as BIM Compass CxAlloy or Procore
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Technical understanding of power delivery equipment including transformers switchgear breakers and relays
- Strong leadership clear communication teamwork and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to maintain high standards for safety housekeeping and environmental compliance
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Current work authorization to work for ABB in the US

Day to day
- Runs day-to-day service activities for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence in the US, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and reliable execution.
- Leads surge team development and coordinates field service resources, coaching technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality service.
- Drives operational excellence through KPI management continuous improvement risk control and collaboration across ABB teams.
