Day to day

  • Lead project delivery strategy for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence, aligning execution with global business goals and improving process efficiency.
  • Oversee field service operations with a focus on safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across complex engagements.
  • Manage a technical team and a portfolio of projects while partnering with sales and internal stakeholders on planning, bids, forecasting, and performance outcomes.
