Requirements

  • Strong project management experience across HCM HRIS Payroll WFM or SaaS implementation projects
  • Proven track record delivering customer-facing implementation projects within a consultancy systems integrator or similar environment
  • Experience managing project governance plans RAID logs dependencies risks issues and senior stakeholder communication
  • Strong ability to communicate confidently with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders
  • A consultative approach with the confidence to guide customers through decisions and flag risks early
  • Operational empathy and understanding of the impact HCM WFM and Payroll systems have on employees managers and customers
  • Ability to delegate effectively coordinate specialists and stay focused on programme-level delivery rather than technical configuration detail
  • Dayforce experience is highly desirable but strong HCM implementation experience is essential

Day to day
