Day to day
- Advise corporates and financial institutions on complex transactions across the deal lifecycle.
- Support private equity and credit clients with buy-side due diligence sell-side vendor assist refinancing restructuring and listing support.
- Analyse tax documents and financial models identify key issues and translate technical findings into clear commercial advice.
