    What the job involves

    • You will join Broadcom’s VCF team supporting the VCF product suite.
    • Help customers shift their workforce to remote and hybrid.
    • Support customers, troubleshoot and overcome challenges in their operation.
    • Upskill on global support processes and products.
    • Support dedicated customers and team in day 2 operations.
    • Advocate for customers' usage of Broadcom Suite to R&D, engineering, and product development.
    • Resolve customer technical issues and support day 2 operations.
