Requirements
- 6+ years in implementation program management or professional services delivery at a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Proven experience managing multi-phase multi-stakeholder implementation programs
- Strong executive-level customer communication and relationship management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams without direct management authority
- Familiarity with technical implementation concepts including data migration system configuration and integration architecture
- Ability to hold technical workstreams accountable and escalate issues effectively

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end success of complex multi-product customer implementations and keep programs on schedule and in scope
- Lead a cross-functional delivery trio and coordinate execution across Implementation Product Engineering Customer Success and Support
- Serve as the primary delivery leader for enterprise customers manage escalations and guide workflow changes with trusted product expertise
