  • Familiarity with technical implementation concepts including data migration system configuration and integration architecture
  • Ability to hold technical workstreams accountable and escalate issues effectively

Day to day

  • Own the end-to-end success of complex multi-product customer implementations and keep programs on schedule and in scope
  • Lead a cross-functional delivery trio and coordinate execution across Implementation Product Engineering Customer Success and Support
  • Serve as the primary delivery leader for enterprise customers manage escalations and guide workflow changes with trusted product expertise
