- Coordinate across technology product risk and operations without needing chasing
- Write a risk register that leadership actually reads
- Comfortable translating between technical teams and business stakeholders in both directions
- Fluent English and able to work async across a globally distributed team
- Stay calm when a programme wobbles and fix issues quietly

Day to day
- Own day-to-day delivery of live client AI programmes from end to end
- Plan programmes carefully, track milestones and align resources across teams
- Identify risks early and escalate with clear mitigation plans
- Manage governance reporting and stakeholder communication under scrutiny
- Translate client business needs into engineering requirements the team can build against
