Requirements

- Experience in Medical Imaging or highly regulated Life Sciences environment

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end delivery of impactful engineering projects within an Agile framework
- Drive the adoption and maturity of Scrum Kanban or scaled Agile approaches across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate self-organising teams remove impediments and improve delivery performance
- Manage project planning scope budget risk mitigation release planning and post-release evaluation
- Build clear measurement frameworks reporting and transparency across matrixed stakeholder groups
