Requirements
- Proven experience leading Agile projects, with hands-on knowledge of Scrum frameworks
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong project planning and organisational skills, with experience in resource allocation and risk management
- Experience managing projects in highly regulated industries (e.g. Government, finance, healthcare)
- Ability to negotiate project terms and manage communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure environments
