Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Six Sigma Lean training
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing or managing Supply Chain related business solutions
  • Knowledge of SW business processes and industry leading practices
  • Experience with large-scale programs projects leading process optimization and driving standardization
  • Lead and manage a diverse team
  • Ability to influence change support implementation of new concepts tools and transforming culture
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Capability process
  • Provide support to business users and address system-related concerns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of ERP operating systems tools and databases
  • Experience leading process/function domain through end to end implementation lifecycle
  • Lead technology teams and partner with senior stakeholders strategically
  • In-depth knowledge of FIN business processes work with diverse functions
  • Plan and implement large complex programs with multiple geographies delivery support partners

What the job involves

  • Global implementation of the Foundation Integration Business Solution
  • Mange and execute regional implementation strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Supervise the planning, execution, and closure of projects within the region, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Ensure that regional goals and strategies align with the broader global objectives of the Global Transformation Office, fostering a unified approach. Assess and improve implementation processes and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the region. Oversee the execution of regional training within Capability related processes and solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the regional implementation team, promoting a collaborative work environment, and providing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders within the region, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, fostering strong relationships.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, creating mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize negative impacts on projects. Establish and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Focus on customer needs and satisfaction within the region, ensuring that the implementation meets or exceeds customer expectations.
