Identify potential risks and challenges, creating mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize negative impacts on projects. Establish and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Focus on customer needs and satisfaction within the region, ensuring that the implementation meets or exceeds customer expectations.
