Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in accounting audit advisory or related customer-facing roles
  • Strong accounting foundation with ability to speak credibly about close reconciliations revenue recognition ASC 606 and core finance workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and presence to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Systems-minded and eager to learn implementation work even without formal implementation title experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in Big 4 SaaS or at a technology company is a plus

Day to day

  • Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth and timely implementation experience
  • Partner with Product Engineering and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems quickly
  • Learn and analyze client accounting and finance workflows then translate them into clear requirements practical solutions
  • Guide customers through onboarding training change management and adoption while maintaining clear documentation and status updates
