Requirements
- Deep understanding of UX design process and strategy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent user experience
- Proficient with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio of previous design projects
- Knowledge of JavaScript React and at least one major React state management system
- Comfortable with React TypeScript MobX AWS and continuous deployment workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed analytical and collaborative
Day to day
- Craft detailed product features from idea through design and implementation
- Design and implement UI UX and business logic for new and existing features
- Iterate on features to improve user engagement conversion and overall experience
- Collaborate with product marketing and customer support to shape feature direction and product decisions
- Review code with the team and explore emerging technologies for new opportunities
