Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience with at least 2 leading a design team or function
- Strong portfolio showing complex workflows data-dense screens onboarding flows and clean consumer-grade UI
- Systems thinker who can build design systems and create consistency across features
- Strong UX and UI skills with expert Figma ability
- Experience managing designers employees or contractors
- Comfortable working across two products with different design philosophies
- Technically fluent enough to partner with front-end engineers and communicate design rationale clearly
- Understanding of responsive design accessibility and sprint feasibility
- Uses AI in the design process with concrete examples

Day to day
- Own the design function across Cerbo and OptiMantra by building standards a component library and a shared design system
- Lead end-to-end user experience for two distinct healthcare platforms with different design philosophies
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering while running user research usability sessions and rapid shipping cycles
