Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience with at least 2 years in design leadership or senior IC role
- Deep expertise in Figma including component architecture variables tokens auto layout and prototyping
- Experience building or significantly maturing a design system from the ground up
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product design and systems thinking
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to mentor and grow designers at different levels
- Solid understanding of front-end development principles and implementation constraints

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a team of designers while providing feedback coaching and career development support

- Evaluate emerging AI powered design tools and guide responsible adoption to improve design velocity quality and output
