Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading original web design for multiple clients
- Experience participating in UX decision-making on website projects
- Confidence working directly with clients presenting work and fielding feedback
- Genuine interest in social impact and progressive nonprofit organizations
- Ability to work 10am-6pm EST hours
- Required to work within commuting distance to NYC preferred

- Lead web design direction for mission-driven client websites and digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with strategists designers developers and client teams to shape UX and visual outcomes
- Research user needs audit existing sites evaluate design options and produce UI kits design systems and interactions
