  • Demonstrated experience leading original web design for multiple clients
  • Experience participating in UX decision-making on website projects
  • Confidence working directly with clients presenting work and fielding feedback
  • Genuine interest in social impact and progressive nonprofit organizations
  • Ability to work 10am-6pm EST hours
  • Required to work within commuting distance to NYC preferred

Day to day

  • Lead web design direction for mission-driven client websites and digital experiences
  • Collaborate closely with strategists designers developers and client teams to shape UX and visual outcomes
  • Research user needs audit existing sites evaluate design options and produce UI kits design systems and interactions
