What the job involves

• Provide strategic direction, industry expertise, and advice to CCL and CC BU Leads
• Review contractual requirements to aid compliance with industry legislation
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify trends
• Advise senior leadership team on setting objectives and performance measures
• Support projects and wellbeing initiatives, monitor legislative changes, provide practical advice
• Monitor training and development needs, ensure contractual compliance
• Lead investigations of serious health and safety incidents and ill health
• Report on business unit performance, maintain a design dashboard, and track performance
• Evaluate team size against revenue, provide oversight and professional leadership
• Consider business generation incentives, develop bids, ensure compliance with contractual requirements
